This is our 5th Volvo. My wife, as do I, simply love the Volvo automobile. We have been dealing with Prestige Volvo, East Hanover, NJ since our first Volvo in 2000. Everyone is always friendly and professional, making you feel comfortable. When it come to service, they are not demanding, only recommending in optional service items. The service team is outstanding, just to mention Bill Dempsey and Patricia Sommerville, who we've dealt with the longest. Bob Knott is proving himself to be a great addition to their team. Christian Parada originally contacted me about a week ago to get our interest in getting out of our current lease, due to expire in Dec 2013, a bit early and find us a deal we were happy with. Christian then asked PJ Lee to research our current lease to see what he can do. PJ called me the other day, professionally, asking a few questions as to what we were looking for and went into action. He called me on Friday, gave me a few lease term options and left it in my lap, not pressuring me as to when I was going to come in or trying to get me to commit. We met with PJ yesterday, Saturday, he showed us a few vehicles and we decided. We re-confirmed the lease options he originally presented to me and we left in our new XC60 comfortable that we were treated fairly, professionally and respectfully. PJ was a pleasure to deal with, very knowledgeable and straight forward. He not only talked business, but personally about his nephews, who he adore's, and interests. Prestige Volvo was great- Joel, Pat & Debra were all very responsible and very knowledgable. They weren't pushy at all and they were all very informative. We also liked that we didn't have to go back and forth on the price- I was given a great price right away. The car itself is great- it drives so nice and smooth and I am really happy with both the purchase and the service.

The people were so helpful, especially Deborah. It was a great first experience to buy a car personally. I felt so comforting and welcome in this dealership. If you are especially a women, I would go to Prestige Volve. They were the best car dealership I have been to yet.

I contacted Tina regarding a pre-owned Volvo that I had some questions about and she went above and beyond (made a video of the car with all of its features, etc...) to make sure we had all the information we could have needed to make a smart, informed purchase. We ultimately went a different route and bought a car from a different manufacturer, but Tina was fantastic to talk with and I would highly recommend giving her and Prestige a shot.

Mrs. Smith was such great and friendly salesperson, I have never experienced that kind of customer service anywhere.... I have been to four other dealership before Prestige Volvo and one of them I almost left out of in tears because of the way I was treated, but Mrs. Smith treated me with kindness and respect and gave me a great deal on the car I came to see....I'm very happy with her service and my purchase!

I was contacted almost immediately by Tina the online rep and she was extremely helpful in finding the car that would be perfect for myself and my 4 children. PJ the sales rep, made the transition extremely pleasant and easy, especially for my kids who did not want to give up our old truck. They weren't pushy at all about purchasing stuff for the vehicle I didn't need. I felt I got the best possible deal and they had the dvd player installed same day for my kids. PJ even took the time to install my babies car seat for me into the new vehicle. He even had rubber car mats put in as he knew with 4 kids that was a plus for me. Debra was very attentive to our needs/likes. She did a great job explaining the different models/options and she was not pushy. We made it clear we were looking at several different vehicles and we were planning on test-driving other vehicles as well as the Volvo S60. She followed up with us to see how we were doing and if she could answer any questions. She was very patient and thorough when she delivered the car to us. I would strongly recommend both Debra and the dealership to others.
